  • Plans for luxury ‘extra care’ home in Knightsbridge awarded approval…

    It has been reported that Colliers International’s London Planning team has been awarded planning permission to build a luxury ‘extra care’ development in Knightsbridge; in receipt of gaining full support from Chelsea Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington.

    The development, estimated to be worth £200 million, is located at 28 Pavilion Road, a short walking distance from Harrods and will see 34 apartments built – ranging from 1,250 sq ft to 2,110 sq ft – and will be available for sale on 999-year leases.

    Furthermore, facilities will include; a swimming pool, communal library, private doctor’s surgery, luxury spa, dedicated nurse rooms, 24-hour concierge and car parking.
