The care sector is facing unprecedented change — from rising demand and an ageing population to workforce pressures, funding, regulation and the growing need to deliver sustainable, high-quality care.

The Care Advisory Board brings together a select group of senior industry leaders to share insight, challenge thinking and help shape the conversations that matter most to the future of care.

This is an opportunity to have your voice heard at an industry level, contribute your experience and work alongside peers who are equally committed to addressing the opportunities and challenges facing the sector.

A forum for leadership, insight and influence

As a member of the Care Advisory Board, you will:

  • Shape the industry conversation – help identify and explore the issues that matter most to care providers and the wider sector.
  • Share senior-level insight – bring your experience, perspective and knowledge to informed discussions with fellow industry leaders.
  • Challenge and influence thinking – contribute to discussions that can inform future content, events, research and industry initiatives.
  • Gain a broader sector perspective – hear directly from peers about emerging challenges, opportunities and practical solutions.
  • Help set the agenda – play a role in determining the themes and topics that deserve greater attention across the care community.
  • Build meaningful relationships – connect with a trusted group of senior professionals in a confidential, collaborative environment.

Why your voice matters

The strongest industry conversations happen when experienced leaders come together, share what they are seeing on the ground and challenge each other to think differently.

The Care Advisory Board provides a dedicated space for those conversations — bringing together expertise from across the care sector to identify what is changing, what needs to change and where the sector should go next.

Be part of the conversation

Membership is by invitation and is designed for senior leaders who want to contribute beyond their own organisation and play an active role in shaping the wider care sector.

If you have the experience, insight and ambition to help shape the future of care, we would like to hear from you.
