  • Clos-o-Mat reveals new and improved Vita range of toilets

    Clos-o-mat

British healthcare manufacturer, Clos-o-Mat, has redesigned its popular Palma Vita range in what the company claims is the ‘most fit for purpose’ collection of wash and dry toilets aimed for people with disabilities.

The range has been updated to offer a more contemporary look, using a combination of ceramic and modern plastics that are robust, resilient and durable.

The WC looks like a conventional unit, however it also provides simultaneous flushing and washing with the addition of warm air drying, operated by pressing and releasing the elbow pad.

The system benefits from improved cleanliness and hygiene for users and carers alike, and as warm water is used for cleaning the risk of infection is greatly reduced.

The range includes the best-selling Palma Vita, with a wall-hung version available in the Lima Vita. The Lima Lifter benefits from being height adjustable.

Customisation is also available to suit individual needs. Accessories can also be added to help the user fell secure and safe including integrated arm supports, different seating options, body supports, variable douche options and operating mechanisms.

Clos-o-Mat have been providing healthcare products for people with learning difficulties for more than 55 years, with the aim of creating a better life for people with disabilities and providing a better working environment for those who care for them.

The Vista toilets individually assembled to order from a dedicated factory in Manchester, made in Stoke-on-Trent. The company also benefits from having its own team of service engineers covering the whole country.
