Bridgeport has appointed Rothschild to sell the residential care business of Care UK, according to Reuters.
Reuters claims to have had the nod on the news from four senior sources close to the business, with one telling the news agency: “Care UK has a very good portfolio of assets and its new care homes are pretty good”.
Bridgepoint and Rothschild declined to comment.
According to Care Home Management, Care UK boasts 118 care homes with almost 8,000 beds.
