    Tell us about your company, products and services.

    Careshield are market leaders in the development and delivery of technology enabled solutions to support the upskilling of staff. We work with clients, large and small to enable them to recruit, train, upskill and manage staff.

    What have been the biggest challenges the Care industry has faced over the past 12 months?

    Support funding for staff learning and development and access to it. The sector needs to reduce staff turnover and develop learning continuity.

    And what have been the biggest opportunities? Expanding the impact and scope of digital technologies.

    What is the biggest priority for the Care industry in 2020? Extracting itself from the health agenda and achieving parity.
