Buildzone Maintenance Ltd was set up in 2024 as part of the Buildzone UK Ltd Group. We operate as a standalone company specialising in works within the care sector whilst enjoying the benefits of group structure. We are a Nationwide Contractor with significant strength in the North West, North East, South and South East. Over 1,000 care home maintenance jobs were completed last year.
We are currently working for a number of care providers carrying out reactive and planned maintenance projects.
We also have significant experience in delivering full and partial home refurbishments (all of which were programmed and phased to suit the homes and ensure disruption is kept to a minimum). We act as main contractor and principal contractor covering all aspects of building / construction work and have a dedicated office team dealing with all day to day enquires. This includes logging and organising work orders, providing ETAs and updates to clients and pulling together relevant paperwork and signed job sheets on completion.
