Peter Kingsley
Peter has worked in health and social care for 41 years including 18 as the CEO of several national care providers. For the last 6 years he has chaired various care organisations and is a consultant and executive coach. He chairs the Care England Working Age Adults Group and recently chaired a national working group, including CQC, which produced the “Good Practice Guide to Preventing Choking Deaths among People with Learning Disabilities” which was launched at the House of Commons in July 2026. He is currently chairing another national working group which is producing the first ever “Digital Excellence in Care Roadmap” which is being launched at the Birmingham Care Show in October 2026. Peter has an MBA, an MA in the Management of Community Care and is an NLP Master Practitioner.
