Three care homes operated by Maria Mallaband Care Group (MMCG) have been recognised among the top 20 in their respective regions, highlighting continued emphasis on quality care and resident experience across the provider’s portfolio.
The homes (Kingsbury Court Care Home in Bisley, Coplands Care Home in Wembley, and Willowdene Care Home in Sedgefield) were named in the Carehome.co.uk Top 20 Care Home Awards, which are based entirely on independent reviews from residents, families and friends.
Kingsbury Court was ranked among the top homes in South East England, while Coplands secured a place in the London top 20, and Willowdene was recognised in the North East England region.
The awards draw on feedback from Carehome.co.uk, one of the UK’s largest directories for elderly care, which features more than 16,500 care home listings and over 415,000 verified reviews.
Across all three MMCG homes, feedback consistently highlighted compassionate staff, strong standards of care and welcoming environments. Kingsbury Court, a 60-bedroom home, achieved a perfect 10/10 rating, with families describing it as “homely” and praising the team’s supportive approach.
Coplands Care Home, which has 79 rooms, also holds a 10/10 rating, with one reviewer describing the service as “truly outstanding”. Meanwhile, Willowdene Care Home, a 48-room rural facility, achieved a 9.9 rating, with families emphasising the dignity and reassurance provided to residents.
