Castle Retirement Living has announced it will open its first flagship development – Castle View Windsor – expected to be completed by the autumn 2018 providing 130 homes for the over 55s, as well as an additional 72 bed care home operated by Care UK.

Located next door to Windsor Lawn Tennis Club, the £50 million development will be one of the largest and most innovative ‘urban’ retirement villages in the UK and will offer its very own rooftop lounge, in addition to a coffee shop, restaurant and secure underground parking.

One, two and three bedroom apartments will comprise the development, ranging in size from 605 sq ft to 1,115 sq ft, and will include features such as: a private entrance, most with large balconies, easy access to the basement car park, and ground floor occupants will be able to keep pets.
